in theory I want the following

a test for each file in architecture

test-data-repository-user.php
test-logic-service-user.php

an overview (maybe runs each related child and summarizes?)
ex: test-data-repository

architecture tests
test-docs.php = make sure the only doc in root is a readme - make sure all temp docs created for fixes, patches, and adjustments are in docs/implementation
is there a way to estimate if docs are up to date?
make sure all tests are in Tests/*
is there a way to make sure file structure is intact and files are located in the right places?
